Refunds & Cancellations

 At PNR Club, we know plans change — and we’re here to support you through it. Since we work with a wide network of airlines, hotels, tour operators, and visa providers, all cancellation and refund policies are subject to the specific terms of each supplier.


Booking-Specific Cancellation Policies

Each booking comes with its own cancellation policy, which will be clearly communicated to you at the time of confirmation. These may vary based on:

  • Airline fare class and cancellation rules
  • Hotel rate category (non-refundable, partially refundable, refundable)
  • Tour operator or activity provider terms
  • Visa embassy/consulate policies
  • Seasonality or peak travel dates

Some services may be 100% non-refundable, while others may allow partial refunds or future travel credits.

Note: Please carefully review the terms provided to you in your booking confirmation before proceeding with cancellations or changes.


How to Cancel

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@pnrclub.com. The applicable cancellation charges will be calculated as per the supplier’s policy and informed to you before proceeding.


Refund Timelines

Once cancellation is processed and approved by the supplier, refunds (if applicable) will be:

  • Processed within 7–14 working days from the time we receive the refund from the respective provider
  • Credited to the original mode of payment
  • Subject to deduction of non-refundable components like service fees, taxes, TCS, or third-party charges


Important Notes

  • Visa fees, once submitted, are non-refundable under any circumstances
  • Airline convenience charges, GST, or processing fees may not be refundable
  • No refunds will be provided for unused services or no-shows
  • Force Majeure events (natural calamities, strikes, pandemics, etc.) may impact refund eligibility, and we’ll assist in coordinating with providers on your behalf


Modifications or Rebooking

Changes to travel dates, names, or services are treated as modifications, and may be chargeable based on the supplier's change fee structure. We'll always check options and costs with the provider and share before confirming anything.
