1. Services Offered

PNR Club is a travel service provider that curates and sells holiday packages, group tours, honeymoons, flights, hotels, visas, travel insurance, and related services. We may act as an intermediary between you and third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, visa agents, etc. All bookings are subject to availability and third-party terms.

2. Booking & Payments

To confirm a booking, you may be required to pay a partial or full amount upfront. All prices quoted are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, airline surcharges, taxes, or unforeseen costs.

Once a booking is confirmed, any cancellation or change will be subject to our and the supplier’s policies. Late payments or bounced transactions may result in booking cancellation.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

Cancellation charges will apply as per the specific package or service. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in the original payment mode, after deducting cancellation fees. In case of rescheduling, additional charges may apply depending on airline/hotel/visa policies.

PNR Club is not liable for delays or denials by third-party providers (like flight reschedules, visa rejections, or hotel/flight overbookings), though we will assist to the best of our capacity.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal documents (passport, visa, vaccination certificates, etc.) are valid and accurate. PNR Club may assist in visa applications, but visa approval is solely at the discretion of the issuing authority. We are not responsible for any denial, delay, or loss incurred due to incorrect or incomplete documentation.

5. User Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal information in compliance with Indian laws and GDPR for EU users.

You agree that PNR Club may contact you via email, WhatsApp, phone, or SMS to share booking updates, offers, or service-related information.

6. Limitation of Liability

PNR Club shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss of luggage, delays, accidents, or losses arising from force majeure (natural calamities, strikes, pandemic, political unrest, etc.) or actions of third-party suppliers.

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the service booked through us.

7. Prohibited Use

• You agree not to use our website or services:
• To impersonate others or provide false info
• For fraudulent bookings or chargebacks
• To infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights
• To spam, hack, or damage our systems or reputation

We reserve the right to cancel any service or block users violating these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
